Battery doesn't charge.

Question

I have been facing this issue for about 3 days now. I'm only able to run my laptop when its plugged to my adapter if i remove it the laptop shuts down and the battery bar just remains at 75%. I scanned the QR code and it redirected me to this website. The support assist doesn't show any hardware issue during its scan. Thank you.
