battery not supported

I’m facing an issue with my Dell Latitude 5591 laptop. Recently, the battery backup suddenly dropped to 0%, and the battery stopped charging altogether. Initially, I thought the problem was with the charger, so I replaced it, but the issue remained. I then replaced the battery, but the problem still persists.

I generated a battery report, which shows that Connected Standby: "Not Supported", and the laptop still isn’t charging. Could you please help me troubleshoot and find a solution to this problem?

Does the system recognize the AC adapter or does it show unknown?  F2 at powerup to check.

Is the new battery recognized by the system?  Same place to check.

Go to Device Security, Core Isolation, and disable Memory Integrity.

Test again.

@Chino de Oro Hi, it was already disabled. I enabled it once, restarted the computer, then disabled it again and restarted, but the issue still persists.

Test charge the battery in BIOS or while system is off.
