BIOS Admin Password Reset Request

I am writing to request a master password reset for the BIOS administrator password on my Dell Latitude 5440. I purchased this laptop second-hand and the previous owner did not provide the BIOS admin password. As a result, I am unable to make critical configuration changes, such as changing the boot order to reinstall the operating system.

When I attempt to access the BIOS settings (by pressing F2 during startup) or enter the one-time boot menu (F12), the system prompts me for the Administrator Password. I have tried all default passwords and contacted the previous owner for the password, but none of these attempts were successful. I need to reset this password to regain full administrative control of my own device.
