BIOS setting to disable preboot initialisation Latitude 7420
Hi,
I disconnected the battery from my Latitude 7420. If I were to leave it unplugged and then plug it in again it will automatically turn on and I would wait 2-3 minutes with a blank screen for the laptop to perhaps initialise before booting.
If I leave the charger on it won't initialise and it will boot on as expected it's only when I disconnect the plug that something has to initialise. Would you know whether there would be any setting inside bios that I can disable such that it won't give me the blank screen for 2-3 minutes and straight boot in without any warnings or errors? I am looking to remote with the laptop but without a battery plugged and I would not like to wait 2-3 minutes for it to begin booting.
All my other Inspiron dell laptops never behaved like this one when I plugged them without the battery attached they all booted well without waiting for 2-3 minutes before.
Thanks

If it helps visualising here is a video of what I described: https://youtu.be/F0LyH1W7phw
you can see that wake on usb c is disabled however the laptop still wakes up on usb c and then takes a lot of time to load pre boot I wonder whether I need to downgrade its bios
