Bluetooth connection problem Dell latitude e6320 Windows 10

Welcome to the Dell Community  @PaulDelosSantos 

Do you have a Bluetooth card installed???

Go to "Deice Manager" 

Look under "Bluetooth" and "Network Devices"

There you should see a "Bluetooth Device"

If there is, then this would be the driver.

@PaulDelosSantos 

It should work if you have a Bluetooth card installed.

Your model has no W10 drivers so you need to use W8 and Widows Updates for drivers.
