@bdnm

You have NO bluetooth hardware!!!

So downloading the driver and software will be of no use!!!

Your other choice is a USB dongle???

The Dell DW1506 does not have Bluetooth!!!

You would need to replace the DW1506 with an Intel 7260.

Intel Wireless-N 7260 WLAN WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n + Bluetooth 4.0 Y74H6

@bdnm

Right click on "Start" and go to "Device Manager".

Then click on "Network Adapters"

There you will find the model number of your "Wireless Device".

Your very welcome @bdnm

A dongle is the cheapest and easiest way.

I had the same problem. Tried to fix it whit support assist from dell,  didn't fix automatically.

I fixed the issue by downloading an optional driver update from windows update. One or both of these helped:

Intel Corporation - Bluetooth Controller - Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)

Intel - WLAN - Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N 6235
