Bulging Batteries
We have now seen 2 bulging batteries in Lattitude 5480 out of approx. 100 units purchased a little over one year ago. After doing various google searches, it is VERY clear that Dell has a battery QA issue across numerous models of laptops. Either Dell will replace these two laptops or my organizations capital budget will never buy another Dell product.

The batteries have a 12 month warranty - if the systems are under 12 months old, contact Dell for warranty replacement.
