Can't click with pointstcik

Hello

I own a precision laptop but i didn't found any precision subject so i posetd here.
My problem is that even with the "tap to click" option enabled it doesn't work... I also have another problem : i need to set the nomber of line scroled to 1 to be able to scrol with the pointstick but then it's very slow with my mouse. Can I set two speed settings ?
