Cellular Network (no service )

When I put my sim card in my laptop latitude E7250 and as I on my cellular network option. Below this network show no service (As you can see in the image)WhatsApp Image 2022-12-05 at 8.36.38 PM.jpeg

 

 

And I am sure that all drivers are installed and updated you can see in the below picture

but when I apply the troubleshoot it show this error in the pictureWhatsApp Image 2022-12-05 at 6.08.46 PM.jpeg

so what I can with this problem also checked alot of other network like zong, jazz ufone etc.

and these sim card have data packes..

Please Guide me

A couple of possibilities:  make sure the antenna wires are firmly connected to your WWAN card (NOT just the WLAN card).

If the antenna is correctly connected, check with your service provider -- they may not have coverage in your location.

Sim problem no service

We have same issue.  Sim card works in 9440.  take out and put into 9450 and says no service.  Tried a new sim and same issue.

@Alex QIC​ Same thing did you get a fix? I even tried another wan card.

@protechguy​ Ours are working now.  Turns out the factory image has some sort of issue that prevented it working even after driver updates.  We re-imaged all our devices using windows 11 enterprise and did all the driver updates from the website (not dell command).  Now they all have cellular working again.
