The i7-3770K is a desktop CPU. It can not be used on your Latitude E6430 laptop.
The i7-3840QM is a support CPU for your laptop.

No. That CPU is a desktop processor -- it won't fit in the CPU socket on the notebook; you need a mobile CPU.
