D6000 Dock not reconnecting properly
If I disconnect from my D6000, then reconnect, only the power will work. I get no display or USB until I reboot.
All drivers, BIOS and firmware are up-to-date
Anyone have an idea of what's going on, and how I fix this? Its very annoying.

@IrregularJoe Recommend updating D6000 with latest firmware (A03) available here:
