D620/D630 smart card reader
Is there a working Windows 7/10 driver for the smart card reader of either the Dell D620 or D630?
what are the steps to login with a card without being member of a domain aka local offline user?

No there are no win 7-10 drivers for any hardware for D620 or D630. Time to consider buying new computer(s)

@Mary G That was completely wrong. Microsoft has shipped a compatible driver since 2006:
Microsoft Usbccid Smartcard Reader (O2 Micro OZ776/777)
In your defense, all OP had to do was open Windows Device Manager and look.
