Dell Command | Power Management does not work - Latitude3550

Hello,

I have Latitude 3550 (i7-5500U) with Win 10. I have just installed Windows from scratch. Unfortunately it looks like that Dell Command | Power Management does not work for me.

I tried to use "Primarily AC Use" or Custom but regardless of Stop Charging level it charges till 100%.
