Dell E6230 is not powering up
My dell latitude E6230 is not powering up. There is no kind of indication in the laptop. only the power button turns on for 15 sec approx then goes off.
even the fan is also not spinning.
please help me to figure out the issue.

Are there any flashing indicator lights or are you hearing any sequence of beeps? The system is approaching 7 years old and it is possible that the CMOS battery needs replacing. This Dell support page may help.
