Dell E6410 Ems enable

Hi, I am trying to install windows 7 on that laptop (Dell Latitude E6410) on a brand new Hard drive a message display Windows Boot Manager with the highlight of the "windows setup Ems enable"   I press the enter key then at the bottom of the screen it says "loading files" when it reach the step that says "start windows" it switch back to the black screen that says "Windows Boot Manager" and I can't install the windows, so could you please help me, is there any possibility I can disable that Ems in order I can install that windows 7
