Dell e6420 stuck on splash screen
Hi My laptop doesn't load anything it gets stuck on Dell logo. I tried cpu, memory and hard drive and all works fine. If I try to get into bios or diagnostic boot or f12 menu it gets stuck in splash screen screen saing that its loading it. Tried reseting cmos and nothing. Also the fans ramp up. Dont know what to do

Your post makes no sense.
If laptop is stuck on splash screen how do you know that any of the hardware "all works fine"?????
