Dell e6430 turning off when turned on

Hey guys pls I need helpi just got a Dell 6430 and just for a week now 

I didn't get to use it for a day, so I tried turning on the pc and it came on but after about 5sec it went off 

I tried turning it several times till it shows "windows didn't shut down properly" 

And the option to restart was shown..that's how it's works now , so I can't turn off my pc or hypertnate it without the fear of it going off when I turn it back on ....pls I need help to knw what's wrong
