Dell e6540 (Amd 8790m Problem )

Question

Hello My Laptop IS Dell latitude E6540 i7 4800MQ with intelhd-4600 and amd8790 M

I Have few questions I'd ask

1.In Picture it is only intelhd-4600 is shown and there is no sign for amd8790m Card

2. In some laptops I saw display 1 and display 2 in DirectX,, which is not the case for me , Is it normal or there is something wrong ?

3. games are Slow , For example Pro evolution soccer 2019 can't detect amd radeon 8790m card , and it's slow on 1280*720 and 30 FPS

Notes :
A. i have updated the Bios and all drivers

B. I have all programs installed

C. I have amd8790 Driver (whql-win8.1-64bit-radeon-software-crimson-relive-17.4.4-may3) installed and i have tried all version starting 2013 to 2022

D. I have switched games to run on amd8790 and still lag

I Have Solved This Problem : the solution as following (Solution For amd8790m Problem , Dell E6540 )

1. Make Sure partition is on GPT Mode (Uefi)

2.Enable Secure Boot + Fast Boot ( Important so laptop Can boot with Amd8790m )

3. After installing compatible Drivers (Not the latest Because it may not compatible with Your Pc ) It Should Work Fine

4. IF GPU Clock Can't Exceed 300 Mhz while Ac adapter plugged in ,, and 400mhz while Battery on

That's mean You are using undersized Ac adapter and Need To Change it with Higher One .

Amd8790m Is Already Shown on Device Manager

Note : I have Just Discovered That my Current Charger is 90 watt ,, And My laptop Hardware Need 130 Watt ... Is that Might Be the Cause ??

No -- 90W is plenty for the AMD GPU.This game has been well known to have issues with hybrid video setups - if the system works otherwise, check with the publisher about its support for hybrid graphics.  Users in the past have reported that it needs a true discrete GPU -- which your system cannot provide;  the AMD GPU is a co-processor for the Intel GPU.

Amd8790m not working only with pes 2019 ,, it is not working with any game ,,, all games are working on intel hd 4600

despite i setup games to work on high performance , i have viewed many possible solutions , none of them worked

Uefi Option is marked in Intel Hd 4600 , and not marked in 8790m ?

I'm working on Bios (MBR) and Not Uefi .. Is that the problem ?

what is Csm and How can i Enable it in that case ?

Update , I have ruan the Game on Amd8790 after i changed my Hard Drive To GPT (Uefi ) and Enabled Csm ( Legacy Boot on )

But when Playing Pes 2019 .. GPu Clock Never Maximum 300mhz with Ac Adapter 90 Watt Plugged in and 400 Mhz When On Battery

when i tried the game on Intel HD4600 Gpu Clock Was 800 - 1000 Mhz
