Dell G3 15 3500 wireless connectivity issue
I was in a zoom meeting and half way got disconnected, only to find out i've lost my internet connection. When i further troubleshoot, i notice my wireless adapter card somehow is not functioning anymore. Under device manager, it shows the adapter Intel Wireless Ac 9462 adapter is being disabled for not functioning properly.
I manage to solve this problem by restarting the PC, boot pc in bios mode and restore all default settings. But the problem comes back again and again.. even once when i was in the middle of streaming an online class session.
I've updated the wireless driver from dell.com. But problem still persist.
Anyone can help?

UPDATE=issue resolved after driver and bios update.

what do you mean with updated chipset?
The problem occurs again.. same problem.. wireless adapter is not able to function all of a sudden. have to reboot laptop, pressed f2 to enter bios and restore factory settings. then only the wireless adapter is able to function back.
