DELL LATITIDE Poor battery 7390

@VISHALRAINA27121989 thanks for getting in touch.That's strange battery behaviour for a new system.

a) Can you advise where you are seeing the information about the battery life, if you can provide a screenshot that would be helpful.
b) Does the battery charge to 100%?
c) If you change the performance plan you are on does it affect how much battery time you have?
d) If you check the status of the battery in the BIOS does it give any error messages? (To access the BIOS power on the system and keep tapping the F2 key. Navigate to the Battery section under the General tab and look for any error messages.)
e) Have you tried using the system for longer than 1.5 hrs to see if the battery is working correctly but giving an erroneous battery life?

Yes, After charging laptop 100%, it shows 1.5 hours and with in 1.5 hours it reach lowest percentage.

I have checked in BIOS as well there was no error in battery section. I go through many Dell Forum, so i put it battery setting from balanced to Saver.

Please just full charged and with in 10 minutes went to 87% and now showing 1 h 28 minutes

After changing battery, i am getting Blue dump and laptop getting restarted.
