Dell Latitude 3190 Audio Driver

So, this year I've been given a Dell Latitude 3190 to complete my studies.

I've reimaged it in order to have the latest Windows update and I noticed that after I completed all the updates, there were no longer two sound input devices. Now there is only one input device named Speakers/Headphones (Realtek Audio). I've searched online for how to fix this as but they only have options for the Stock Realtek Audio app, not the Dell version (Dell Audio). I would like to have two input devices as I tend to watch quite a few videos through my earphones whilst having music play through the laptop's speakers, like I used to with my main (broken) laptop.

Ok I think I fixed the issue.I went into Device Manager > Sound, Video and Game Controllers > Realtek Audio > Right Click > Update Driver > Browse Computer > Pick from list > HD Audio Device.

Found it through the Dell XPS page of the forum which Bing didn't suggest to me for some reason, but Google did (used Edge before, now using FireFox as was unable to install new Edge after reset).

Marking as solved.

So I found out that I want to uninstall Realtek Audio in Device Manager then restart the laptop. But it comes back after 5 minutes. I tried turning off driver installs through Control Panel, but it still installs. Using Windows 10 1809 Pro Education now as the laptop decided to spaz on me and break everything (it came with pro edu key embedded i used official ms disk image)

Works perfectly fine. No issues here. Just after update to 1909 it replaced the generic driver with Waves. So I guess I'm gonna be doing this every time a Windows update comes out.
