Dell latitude 5490 WHEA uncorrectable error BSOD issue.
Hi recently, we bought more than 1000 laptop in our organization. after installation windows 10 OS. the laptop often getting BSOD issue. the logs are also not saving as DUMP file.
We are using the previous version of laptop 5480 which is working fine without any issue in windows 10.
I need to understand why it's throwing WHEA BSOD ? also CPU FAN is making more noise for normal tasks.

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having. There has been an update to the Intel video driver which should get rid of the WHEA Bluescreen error:

There is also a BIOS update available which should help with the fan issue:

Dell has finally acknowledged the WHEA uncorrectable error BSOD issue is a known error for Latitude and Precision systems:
