Dell Latitude 5510 Upgradability?

I have a Dell Latitude 5510 Core i5 10th Gen and I want to beef it up to it's max, but I don't know what is and isn't upgradable in this laptop. All drivers and BIOS are updated so if the CPU is upgradable I should be able to swap it out without much issue. And is the Gpu in this laptop integrated graphics? And does it have thunderbolt 3 for an external GPU? I Also don't know the chipset if the CPUs upgradable so I don't know the upgrade path if there is one.
