Dell Latitude 7389 Keyboard issues
My dell latitude 7389 has issues with the keyboard, it had issues where it would repeat key presses and take some time to register those keyboard presses. I already tried updating the Bios, I take the system apart and unplugged and re plugged the keyboard cables, and then it worked! But after closing the lid of the laptop after installing some programs, it's back to it's broken state. Is this issues with the keyboard physically, does the keyboard cable have issues, or is this a problem on the software side?
Any help is appreciated.

UPDATE: The keyboard ONLY fails when it is plugged in/charging
I am using a NON dell charger, I am using a Lenovo 45W Charger Intended from Chromebooks, Could this be the issue?

@cd101 YES! TODAY I'VE BEEN HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. Lenovo 45 W adapter on the same laptop. I found a Dell 65 W USBC adapter and this problem goes away.
