Dell Latitude 9330 Headset Microphone issues

Hi,

We are currently experiencing an issue with over 50 Dell Latitude 9330 laptops. Many users have reported that the microphone on their headsets (including Dell, Epos, and Bose models) stops working randomly. While the headset speakers continue to function, the microphone fails intermittently.

all laptops have the last realtek audio driver published on 18th February 2025.

The same headsets are working on Surface without any issues.
