Dell Latitude D620 'This page cannot be displayed' Problem

Question

I've been writing earlier about installing network drivers, etc.

I've got them, it lets me connect to my Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi LED is on, but when i try to use IE, it shows that this page cannot be displayed.

I'm using win xp(i know it's outdated, it's used for tests)

XP is limited to IE8 and is not compatible with many sites.

@U2CAMEB4ME  You know what? I'll just use advanced chrome(heard that it works on xp) and will check if it works.
