Dell Latitude E5440 SSD Upgrade
I would like to upgrade my laptop to SSD.
Which type of SSD is suitable for e5440? MSATA?
My second question is if I put my new SSD , Do I need to cancel my HDD- or is there any available SSD?

The CPU is soldered to the motherboard. You would have to replace the motherboard in order to upgrade to another CPU. Parts-People have examples of those MB here.

If you don't want to reinstall you can plug in the SSD, boot up the computer, install macrium onto your computer, run it and it'll clone your hd to ssd. After it's done remove your old hd and it should boot right up to the SSD

I have replaced HDD to SSD,, make it more fast loading, to open app. or copy-paste activity.
working with spread sheet is so easy, no type specially for compatible SSD.
please share if some have upgrade to nvMe....
