Dell Latitude E5530 Battery
Latitude E5530
Hi there,
I am using Dell Latitude E5530, Windows 8.1 as default OS (dualbooted Windows 10), My laptop's battery health is 33%, meaning that it was originally 60w, now it's 20w, and Windows says that battery #2 is not present, how do I fix this?

Replace the battery. And unless your second battery is installed (in the CD/DVD bay), you will see that error.

Thank you for your reply, is there an image of this "Second Battery", since I'm planning to disassemble my laptop later on.
