DELL LATITUDE E5550 LED LIGHTS BLINKING NO DISPLAY

Hell I need help, my Dell Latitude E5550 suddenly stop displaying only the led lights blinks continue.

This issue started with the battery by stopping charging, now it stop to display any thing.

I have tried to remove battery and hold the power for several minutes but still nothing. I have tried to change ram still the same thing.
