Dell Latitude E5570 Windows 10 Driver for unknown Device: ACPI\VEN_DELL& DEV_ABC6

Hi,

I have reinstalled windows 10 fresh after changing the hard drive. This new install shows an error Unknown Device in Computer management for ACPI\VEN_DELL& DEV_ABC6, also detailed as DELLABC6. I have used the support assist application to resolve this without success and the Dell online assistant web page. Both are showing that my windows install is up to date for all drivers.

I have a suspicion that part of my problem could come from the fact that my motherboard has been replaced in the second year I owned this laptop as the original was fried by a faulty power supply. Some of the components may differ from the original motherboard. The Dell support site could still have the original hardware in it's Db, but its a guess I could be wrong. The indication that is leading me to think this is that I also had problems with PCI drivers (SM-USB-MEM) and I reverted to the Intel web site to get their version of the needed chipdset drivers, It resolved these issues that the Dell tools could'nt see...

Thank you in advance for any help!

Cheers,

Pierre

Thank you nyc10030,

Unfortunaltely the link you sent me is dead (404), it must have been moved. Any idea where I could find that driver?

Thank you
