Dell latitude e6400 windows 10 boot loop
I have dell latitude E6400 core 2 duo with 4 gb ram and ssd won't start up windows 10 it stuck in a loop just the windows loading screen also hard drive lamp go on 3 second on start up windows and after that still off and in the end of auto repair windows a blue screen "driver pnp watchdog" but the windows is new and just i just installed the basics and the drivers from windows update ، This event is repeated several times, but in the midst of all the attempts to turn it on and off, it started working, the bios loading screen past just 3 to 4 second(Usually when it stuck in windows loop it take 6 to 7 second ) and windows just few seconds to start and all of this always happen when i turned off
Note : when i turned off the laptop does not turn off completely the power lamp and num pad lamp still working It stays like this until i press the power button for 5 seconds to turn it off completely

An extended hard drive diagnostic would be the place to start -- F12 at powerup to access the Dell diagnostics.

F12 to run Dell Diagnostics
