Dell Latitude E6420 doesn't remember WIFI Password
Hello,
I have a dell Latitude E6420 with Windows 8.1. The problem is that it doesn't remembers Wifi password. So i have to write the password everytime when its get disconnected. Does anyone knows how i can solve it. I also used dell support assist but it says that all the drivers are up to date.

Just a thought, in Device Manager right click on the adapter and then click on uninstall. Then reboot the system and let Windows auto detect and install the drivers. If that does not help then try this link. It is for Windows 10 but the suggestions are the same for 8.1.

Hello,
Thanks for your help, it solved my problem for startup. but it doesn't remember password like if i change my connection to a different device it requires password. But that's not a big deal.
