dell latitude E6420 is slow
hola yo cambie mi sistema operativo a Windows 10 y funciono bien pero lo hice de nuevo para tener Windows profesional y ahora va fatal el geometry dash no va bien y ya desfragmente el disco duro no no se que pasa re instale Windows varias veces y los drivers están actualizados

Windows 10 does not work well with a hard drive -- replace that with a native 2.5" SATA SSD. That will markedly improve performance.

@ejn63 is spot on with that advice. I have an E6420 and have a Samsung SSD installed and the performance is quick with no hesitation and programs open and run much faster than with the original HDD. Also make sure you pull the bottom cover and clean the fan and vents. Ours was very dusty and the cleaning greatly improved the cooling of the CPU.
