Dell latitude e6430 not installing windows
My Dell latitude e6430 was not stating windows and stuck at the dell windows 10 logo, its keyboard is also not working, I connect external keyboard and tried many option but it did not work, then I tried many time to install fresh windows but after the message “press any key to boot form CD” it stuck at the windows 10 logo. I format the disk portion c with help of other laptop but the result is same. Please help.

Welcome to the Dell Community @FZUF
Try resetting the CMOS/BIOS.
Disconnect the AC adapter.
Remove the Base Cover.
Disconnect the CMOS/BIOS coin-cell battery.
Turn over and hold down the power button for 10-15 seconds.
Connect the CMOS/BIOS coin-cell battery and reassemble.

God bless you, it work but installing window at the last (completing installations) the message appears ( windows setup could not configure windows to run on this computer's hardware). I think it is hard desk issue and will try to buy a new hard desk. Thanks

Make sure Date and Time are correct in the BIOS.
Try testing the HDD before purchasing a new one.
