Dell Latitude E6430 - RAM and Storage

I know it's too many questions but please help me :D I will really appreciate it, feel free to ask for any other info needed.

It's motherboard is an 0H3MT5 A00

RAM ----------

1.- What's the highest RAM frequency (Mhz) supported?

2.- Is it correct that the RAM form factor is SO-DIMM 204-pin?

3.- Can I upgrade both RAM slots or is one of them soldered into the motherboard?

4.- Is it a Dual channel so I look for Dual kit?

5.- Is there anything else I should look for?

STORAGE ----------

1.- How do I know which SSD are compatible?

2.- What physical size?

3.- Can I put a PCIe SSD on it?

4.- Can I put an M.2 on it?

5.- Would it support NVMe?
