Dell Latitude E7390 audio not working

I have had the motherboard replaced per Dell Tech chat on an E7290 that the audio is not finding any input or output.  All drivers are up to date and the bios version has been updated.  All Dell Command driver updates have been completed.  Please find a solution to this.  The service request is going back for work that has been completed has not resolved the issue.
