Dell Lattitude E7440 display issue

Ladies and Gentlemen of Dell Forum,

Can you tell me what the issue here? I am trying to re-assemble my Dell Lattitude E7440 laptop and I can getting the following displayed on the display after powering up laptop. The laptop displays fine when connecting HDMI cable to a local display. I connected another Dell Lattitude E7440 motherboard to the display and am getting the same result so the motherboard and display connector is not the issue. I also tried another Dell display cable and no change. Is a replacement display required or do I need to order another Dell display cable?

Earlier this week, I ordered and received a replacement screen based on a 20200513_141736.jpgDell tech recommendation that the problem may be a defective LCD screen. I received today and connected screen to the laptop motherboard and sure enough, the replacement laptop screen displayed the Dell POST logo without a hitch.

I originally thought the symptoms of a bad LCD screen would be cracks on LCD display glass, lines appearing on the display in Windows, or bad/dimming LCD back light. This proves that the LCD display circuit board on the bottom of the LCD screen can also be the culprit.
