Diagnosis error and warnings
So my laptop is acting very weird and I tried running the diagnosis tool which currently built in and when the diagnosis tool finished I got one of this errors and warning signs
Pls Help!!!!

Hi
Well the first and most obvious is to ensure you have backed up all your data.
Then check that backed up data is readable.
Secondly create a USB with a replacement OS (https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10).
Ensure it is bootable and suitable.
If you download and install, then run, Belarc Advisor, it will produce a screen full of licence (license) numbers which would be worth saving.
Source a replacement HDD/SDD and be prepared to purchase and install same.
If this is done prior to the complete failure of the existing unit, perhaps consider cloning.

It would help to know what system model you have, but the error refers to a failing hard drive, which will need to be replaced.
