Difference between battery design capacity and last full charge.

I checked my battery capacity through cmd -> powercfg.exe -energy, there is 2% of difference between 'Design capacity: 599994' and 'Last full Charge 59280' although I can see the battery was fully charged message from tool bar. And even the Dell power manager says battery charge status is 100% available. What is wrong with my battery? If it were a new battery, it wouldn't be like that. I was really unhappy to see the result. I think I bought a refilled battery ain't I?

hey,

I think so too but after battery calibration, battery wear percentage became 4%....

should I keep calibrating it?

I bought it from the ebay… and I its suspicious that they are selling refilled battery or something like that...

Purchased battery only.

By the way, how can I know its from OEM original or piece of that

I bought it from ebay seller named Good-batteries. I think they are the biggest battery sellers on the ebay...

They replied to me really fast so far and said the battery was on the shelve like 5-6months.

Additionally, they told me 2% of lost could be natural considering storing procedures. I understood but the battery is really wearing down day by day without calibrating any further. Literally, it's exhausting at this moment it records 7% of battery wear today afternoon.
