Docking for Samsung DeX and Inspiring?

Hi, 

I just purchased a new Samsung Galaxy s10e and I own a Dell Inspiring with USB-C port that I normally connect to you Dell Dock at work. I would like to be able to Dock my Samsung and Dell into a smaller dock at home so I purchased the following from Amazon...

This will work with my Samsung but I think the power requirements for the laptop will be higher. Does anyone know what power adapter I would need to make this work for both? I read a bit about USB PD and I'm thinking I would just need to buy one with that standard but high voltage and both devices will pull what they need. 

Any info will be helpful.
