Does my E5470 model serial is BPF7VD2 and does it really dont have bluetooth?
Latitude E5470
In back is no serial
With CMD i got this serial
wmic bios get serialnumber
BPF7VD2
Then i see that E5470 has 70 updates but my version has only 20 updates and none of them is bluetooth, so do i really dont have bluetooth?
Still have some drivers not installed, maybe windows cant find all and one of them is bluetooth?

First things first. Install the chipset drivers for your E5470 and that should clear up most or all of the unknown device problems. Now according to your system specs you have the AC 8260 wireless card which does have Bluetooth but it also shows the driver installed is not Bluetooth. The support page for your laptop does show a Bluetooth driver here so I would try that first.
And Intel does show a driver with Bluetooth at their support page here. Give that a try if the Dell driver does not help as it may help.

That is interesting since if you go by the Intel site here, it clearly shows the 8260 is Bluetooth compatible. Just out of curiosity did you try to install the driver from the Intel site? And in a pinch you could always install a USB Bluetooth adapter such as those available at Amazon here. Also every 8260 card that Amazon sells has Bluetooth so somewhere along the line there is incorrect information.
