E4310 and Windows 10 64-bit - drivers issues

Hello,

Already installed the system and there are two missing drivers:

  1. pci simple communications controller,
  2. pci serial port.

By the way when I open up the device manager it continuously starts refreshing itself the window.

Am I able to find the proper drivers for the above?

Thank you in advance for your asap assistance.

regards,

Tomek

@Tob76_ZG

Please delete your Service Tag.

As your laptop is out of warranty your Service Tag is not required or needed.

Welcome to the Dell Community @Tob76_ZG

When doing Windows Updates look for "Optional Updates"

Download and install any that are available.

Can you please post the "Hardware ID's"

https://www.wikihow.com/Find-Hardware-ID

After checking for "Optional Updates" we can us the "Hardware ID's" to find the driver's needed.

Best regards,
