e6430 with bluetooth 5?
I have recently replaced my old e6430 (broken) with another of same spec, i5 running w10 pro. I want to use it solely as a music playback unit and link it to my powered studio monitors via an iFi Audio Zen Blue dac unit that uses bluetooth 5. All my music is ripped as wav lossless files from cd's that I own. I dont stream.
So my question is:
Is there a particular bluetooth 5 card available for this model?

Would one of these at Amazon work for you? They are all USB but should do the job.

Expanding on the good answer above, bluetooth 5 by USB is likely your only option. All or nearly all the internal cards will be M.2/NGFF, which your system does not support -- you'd need to find one in the older mini PCIe format. I don't think I've ever seen one -- so external it likely has to be.
