E6520 doesn't boot past Dell logo
Hello,
My Latitude E6520 won't boot past the Dell logo. It gets stuck on a full progress bar and then nothing else happens. Same when I try to load the boot menu. I have already tried to remove the battery and remove the CMOS battery and reinsert both but it still doesn't work. Please help me!

It means booting the boot menu.
Anyways, the motherboard got fried. No point in trying now.
