error accessing thermal sensor
When I start my Dell Latitue 7400 2 in 1, it display an error massage "error accessing thermal sensor" code 2000-0713. I checked the hardware and fan, they're ok. I also updated latest BIOS. Sometimes my laptop suddenly shut down itself. What should I do now?

The sensor is likely on the mainboard, not the fan. How did you check it? If it was not with the Dell diagnostics (F12 at powerup to access), that's what's next.
