Error #M1002 on startup at 7480

I have a dell7480 and a problem when starting the computer - error #M1002 appears and I am asked to contact support. The error appears every time, pressing F1 (retry boot) starts the system, F5 (diagnostic) does not detect any errors. The tool for Windows 10, Dell SupportAssist, does not detect any errors.
I blew the fan, it works properly, the computer itself also works fine after starting.
In BIOS in LOG/Message there is only error #M1002 asking to contact support.
I updated the BIOS to the latest version.
What is error #M1002 about and how can you get rid of it?
