Faulty keyboard issue

Hi, few weeks ago i have purchased a refurbished dell laptop Latidude 5490, it was working fine, after few days got some issue in my keybord, some one suggested to use online keybord testing tool  i found few of my keyboard was not responding. I have complained to amazon they are not providing any positive response. Can any one help?
