Faulty USB-C & USB ports
Latitude 7420
Hello Team
I have a few issues with my Dell Latitude laptop.
The USB-C and USB ports only work some of the time.
I have reinstalled the drivers, and when I have an issue restarting the server will fix the issue for some time. Also, the laptop gets overheats.
Is there some diagnostic I can run that might help you guys with troubleshooting?
