Forgotten BIOS Admin Password - Latitude 5510 - Need unlock code

Hello,

I'm locked out of the BIOS setup on my personal Dell Latitude 5510. I need to enable the Bluetooth module in "Wireless Device Enable" settings, but the admin password is set and I don't remember it.

System Number shown on Setup Unlock screen: -8FC8

This is my personal laptop and I can provide proof of purchase/ownership if needed. Could someone from Dell support help me get an unlock code?
