Good day I have this dell laptop latitude E6400 it doesn't want to display simcard option I've even tried to upload the drivers but nothing is happen can you please assist me or which drivers do uu suggest?

Even if the system has a WWAN card, which is required for a cellular connection (and would have been optional when the system was built), chances are high that the card won't have support for Windows 10 or higher.

What model WWAN card did you install in the system?  That's what needs a driver - not the SIM card.

@ejn63​  Verizon Wireless but it cost me to unstall it wasnt operating as far as I'm concern Sir, which driver do you suggest for me to upload in dell laptop E6400...

The system would have had either a DW5700 or DW5720 card when it was new, assuming the system shipped with a WWAN card.

Both use obsolete EVDO technology for the CDMA network Verizon used to operate, and as  result neither card will function with the Verizon network in 2025. That technology was sunset in late 2022.

If you have a newer card, post the full model number of the card.
